“When I was just 10 years old, I fell in love with the visual art of capturing things from my perspective. I had a little digital camera powered by just two AA batteries that I took with me absolutely everywhere. I was fascinated by the idea that my world could be preserved through more than just a single still image, that rewatching that moment meant not just seeing it, but reliving it.

Soon after that I got my hands on an aerial camera, which not only revolutionized my perspective on the world but also opened new doors for creative growth. Drone videos are silent, which means watching them back is quite boring. So, I got an editing software and began turning these boring videos into entertaining pieces.

I immediately fell in love with the concept of editing because it’s like putting together a digital puzzle. All the pieces by themselves may not look like much or serve that big of a purpose, but it’s when you fit them all together in just the right way that the final result becomes a real masterpiece.

Since then, I never stopped creating. I knew that if I wanted to edit, I needed content, which meant I needed to know how to move a camera in interesting ways. I had the chance to further refine both my cinematography and post-production skills through the pursuit of my BA in Cinematic Arts at Azusa Pacific University.

After graduating in 2023, I worked to start my own videography and editing business to not only expand my professional portfolio, but also share my love of creating to help make a difference.”
